We are looking for a passionate and experienced F&B Manager to lead and supervise our food & beverage operations. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, excellent operational knowledge, and a proven ability to increase revenue while maintaining efficient cost control.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily Food & Beverage operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and overall revenue
Monitor and control food & beverage costing, operational expenses, and budget efficiency
Analyze sales performance and prepare operational reports
Lead, train, and supervise F&B team members to maintain service standards
Ensure quality control, hygiene, and compliance with company standards
Build good relationships with suppliers and manage purchasing efficiency
Create promotional ideas and operational improvements to support business growth
Coordinate with other departments to ensure excellent customer experience
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in Food & Beverage management or supervisory role
Proven track record in increasing revenue and improving cost efficiency
Strong understanding of budgeting, food costing, and inventory control
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Able to work under pressure and achieve performance targets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Hospitality background is preferred
