The Forge Gastropub Bali is currently seeking a qualified and detail-oriented F&B Admin to support our Food & Beverage operations. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth administrative processes within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily administrative tasks related to the F&B department
Prepare and manage reports, inventory records, and purchase orders
Liaise with suppliers and vendors
Assist in staff scheduling and maintain departmental documentation
Ensure accurate filing and adherence to company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Prior experience in an administrative role, preferably within the F&B or hospitality industry
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
