About the role

Imperial Exhibits Limited is seeking an experienced Exhibition & Events Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Singapore. As a full-time position, this role will be based in the central region of Singapore. You will play a crucial part in delivering world-class events and exhibitions for our diverse range of clients in the marketing and communications industry.

What you'll be doing

Manage the end-to-end planning, coordination and delivery of exhibitions and events, from initial concept to final execution

Work closely with clients to understand their objectives and requirements, then translate these into engaging and impactful event experiences

Oversee budgets, timelines and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including creative, technical and logistics professionals

Liaise with venues, suppliers and contractors to secure resources and negotiate favourable terms

Monitor event performance and provide detailed post-event analysis to drive continuous improvement

Identify new opportunities and propose innovative event solutions to enhance our clients' marketing and communications strategies

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years' experience in event/exhibition management, ideally within a marketing or creative agency environment

Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working closely with clients

Creative flair and an eye for detail to conceptualise and deliver engaging, impactful event experiences

Familiarity with event technology, production and logistics, with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively

Proficient in using project management and event planning software

Tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as marketing, events management or business
