Responsibilities

 •       Fundraising Events Management and Execution
Plan, coordinate, and execute key fundraising events (e.g. charity golf, concerts, campaigns), ensuring smooth operations, strong stakeholder coordination, and achievement of fundraising targets.

•       Donor Development and Strategic Partnerships
Support the identification, cultivation, and management of corporate and individual donors. Assist in building and maintaining a pipeline of prospects, including outreach, relationship management, and follow-ups to strengthen long-term partnerships and giving.

•       Fundraising Operations and Stewardship
Manage donor records, track pledges and contributions, coordinate acknowledgements, and support reporting. Ensure timely and professional donor stewardship to maintain confidence and encourage repeat giving.

•       Additional Contributions
Undertake other duties and projects as assigned by the Head of Department.

Requirement

 A recognised Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field.

Relevant experience in fundraising, events, partnerships, or business development; experience in the non-profit or healthcare sector is advantageous.

Organised and able to manage multiple workstreams, including events and donor follow-ups.

Good writing and presentation skills, with ability to support proposals and engagement materials.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with digital tools or social media for outreach and promotion.

Demonstrates initiative, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
