Job Summary
The Dining Reservations Executive supports a seamless and elevated guest journey across multiple dining concepts within an integrated resort environment. This role manages end-to-end reservations, delivers personalised guest interactions, and drives revenue through effective recommendations and upselling, while ensuring accuracy and service excellence at all touchpoints. The executive will support the F&B operations when required.
Key Responsibilities
Reservations & Guest Experience
Manage reservations across multiple dining outlets, ensuring accuracy of guest details and special requests
Handle enquiries via all channels, i.e phone, email, and online platforms in a prompt and professional manner
Confirm bookings and ensure all reservations are properly recorded and followed through
Personalise guest interactions by capturing preferences, occasions, and dietary requirements
Accommodate and document special requests. Respond to guest queries on property facilities, services, and room dining orders.
Sales & Revenue Optimisation
Follow established sales techniques to maximize revenue opportunities.
Proactively upsell dining concepts, signature menus, and promotions
Recommend suitable dining options to enhance overall guest experience
Maintain strong knowledge of all outlets, menus, and ongoing campaigns
Coordination & Operations
Liaise with restaurant, kitchen, and guest relations teams to support special requests and smooth service delivery
Monitor third-party reservation platforms, ensuring accuracy of bookings and content
Assist in updates to reservation systems, menus, and promotions in collaboration with corporate teams
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Track reservation trends, guest preferences, and feedback
Ensure all enquiries and bookings are documented in line with service and audit standards
Support team efficiency and contribute to service excellence initiatives
Requirements
Diploma in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in luxury hotel establishments: dining reservations, call-center, hospitality, or F&B operations
Familiarity with reservation systems (e.g. SevenRooms, OpenTable, Chope) is an advantage
Familiarity with Microsoft office. (Email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
