Job Description & Requirements

The Executive (HR & Welfare Project Administration) will support the administration and operational functions of the Hindu Endowments Board in the areas of HR administration,welfare project coordination, employee documentation, and general operational support.

This position reports directly to the Head of Department and is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, staff administrative matters, welfare project coordination, and work pass administration.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and support welfare project administration, beneficiary records, documentation, reporting, and related operational matters.

Support HR administrative functions including employee records management, onboarding documentation, staff correspondence, and general HR operational support.

Administer work pass matters including applications, renewals, cancellations, and liaison with relevant government agencies such as MOM and ICA.

Coordinate staff-related administrative matters including insurance, medical appointments, travel arrangements, invoice processing, and documentation tracking.

Provide general administrative and operational support and perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications &Requirements

Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.

Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in HR administration, operations, or administrative support.

Familiarity with work pass administration and employment-related documentation will be an advantage.

Good organisational, coordination, and record management skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.

Experience in community or non-profit organisations will be an advantage.
