Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new sales leads and business opportunities for corporate events, roadshows, brand activations, and private events.

Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and closing.

Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event agencies, and partners.

Actively conduct outreach through calls, emails, networking, and social platforms to expand the company’s client base.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and machine recommendations tailored to client requirements.

Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth event execution and customer satisfaction.

Track and report sales pipeline, leads, and revenue performance.

Attend site visits, client meetings, and industry networking events when required.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in events, entertainment, or hospitality industries.

Proven track record in lead generation and revenue growth.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable with sales targets and KPIs.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with internal teams.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.

Experience in event management or event sales is a strong advantage.
