About the role

Aiyo Event Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Event Operations / Driver to join our dynamic team. In this part-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our event logistics and transportation needs. Based in the Marymount area, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery and setup of event equipment, as well as providing safe and reliable transportation services.

What you'll be doing

5.5 Working days

Prepare event materials

Safely transport event equipment, materials, and supplies to and from event venues

Assist with the loading, unloading, and set up of event equipment

Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving

Provide excellent customer service to clients

Collaborate with the wider event team to ensure the successful execution of events

Maintain detailed records of all delivery activities and expenses

What we're looking for

Valid Class 3 driving license and a clean driving record

Able to drive van or 10ft/14ft lorry

Excellent time management

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills

Able to carry event equipment
