Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive patient experience.
Adhere to telephone etiquette standards and answer calls promptly.
Ensure accurate, complete, and timely handover of patient information.
Monitor patients’ responses to treatment and promptly report any changes in condition to the appropriate healthcare team.
Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team to ensure care needs are met and relevant information is shared.
Assist doctors in responding to patient and family enquiries.
Contribute to unit action plans aimed at enhancing employee engagement and improving team performance.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing, resolving, and following up on service and quality-related issues.
Provide patient and family education
Manage clinic inventory, including medical supplies and consumables, to ensure adequate stock levels.
Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Manager.
