• Diperlukan 2-3 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
• Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp5,000,000 per bulan

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our team and provide engaging, age-appropriate instruction to beginner students aged 6. The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood education and a strong understanding of foundational English language concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the learning needs of 6-year-old beginners.
• Create a positive and interactive classroom environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for learning.
• Use a variety of teaching methods and materials to enhance the learning experience, including games, songs, stories, and visual aids.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to help each child achieve their learning goals.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns.
• Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field.
• Teaching certification or equivalent qualification.
• Experience working with young children, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development and beginner English language concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children.
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans and use diverse teaching methods.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience teaching English to young children.
• Familiarity with interactive teaching tools and technology.
