Responsibilities:

Assist for tender process and report to tender manager, which includes prepare and analyse bidders’ commercial proposals and etc

Conduct quantity take-offs, prepare bills of quantities and manage measurement processes

Source and procure materials, goods and services from subcontractors and suppliers

Provide support in post-contract process on the subcontractor award, prepare subcontract documents

Negotiate contracts and prices to meet the project budget

Prepare and administer subcontract agreements

Coordinate with project team to understand requirements and timelines

Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements and industry standards

Maintain good relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality and reliability

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years relevant experience in construction industry for Electrical/ IT related Projects.

Experienced in ICT structured cabling system, ⁠ELV system, and construction tender process.
