REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field (fresh graduates welcome).
Experience in e-commerce, retail, or customer service is a plus.
Having experience working with Singapore market would be an advantage.
Familiarity with online marketplace platforms (Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, etc.) and POS systems.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Detail-oriented with basic analytical skills.
Fluent communication in English is a must.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in managing e-commerce platforms (e.g., website, marketplace, social media shop).
Upload and update product information, pricing, and promotions on digital platforms.
Process online orders, coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely delivery, and follow up with customers.
Monitor stock levels for both online and offline sales channels and report discrepancies.
Support retail store operations (merchandising, cashier, customer service, product display).
Assist in preparing and executing e-commerce and retail promotions or campaigns.
Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support through online and offline channels.
Prepare sales and inventory reports for e-commerce and B2B activities.
Identify potential B2B prospects and maintain updated client databases.
Support communication with existing corporate and business clients.
Prepare sales reports, forecast data, and documentation for management.
