Working Days: Mon – Fri (Must be responsive on weekends if required)

For eg, if system is not working on weekends, they must be able to help out

Working Hours: 830am – 6pm

Working Location: 10 Kranji Crescent & 8 Jalan Kilang Barat, #04-08, Singapore 159351

Bi-weekly team huddles will be at Kranji

Candidate must be ok to travel to both locations

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain daily operations of the company’s e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces

Create, update, and optimise product listings, pricing, and promotional campaigns across online channels

Monitor website and marketplace performance, ensuring smooth functionality and user experience

Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, logistics) to support online sales activities

Track and analyse sales data, customer behaviour, and campaign performance

Handle customer enquiries and resolve order-related issues in a timely manner

Ensure accurate inventory updates and stock availability across platforms

Support new product launches and seasonal campaigns

Requirements

Proven experience (3 - 4 years) in e-commerce or online retail operations

Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms and marketplaces

Shopify / WooCommerce

Lazada / Shopee / TikTok Shop

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
