Responsibilities
Manage and monitor all company e-commerce and marketplace activities.
Monitor sales performance, campaigns, traffic, stock availability, and store operations to ensure business targets are achieved.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding promotions, product listings, pricing, and marketplace operational needs.
Evaluate marketplace performance and provide strategies and recommendations to improve sales and store performance.
Lead and supervise store operators and admin teams to ensure smooth operations and SLA achievement.
Prepare regular reports related to sales performance, campaign performance, and e-commerce operational activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably Marketing, Business, Management, or related fields.
Experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or key account management is an advantage.
Familiar with marketplace operations such as Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce platforms.
Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced in preparing sales and marketplace performance reports.
Leadership capability and ability to manage operational/admin teams.
