eCommerce Executive ( Operations/Marketing )
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on eCommerce Executive to join the VitaminMall team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both digital marketing and operational execution, and wants to grow in a fast-paced eCommerce environment.
You will play a key role in boosting brand visibility, driving product sales, and managing day-to-day operations across multiple online marketplaces in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Growth
Plan and execute social media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms
Manage paid advertising and influencer marketing to drive traffic and conversions
Support brand-building initiatives and marketing campaigns
Content & Campaign Management
Collaborate with external agencies on content creation, influencer campaigns, and digital ads
Develop impactful marketing materials and promotional assets
Plan and support livestream campaigns, including coordination with livestream hosts
Marketplace Management
Create and optimize product listings on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Amazon, etc.
Work with designers to develop high-converting banners and visuals
Execute monthly campaigns and promotions to drive online sales
Operations & Fulfilment Support
Assist with daily eCommerce operations including order processing, picking & packing
Coordinate with logistics partners for shipment and replenishment
Ensure smooth backend operations to support sales growth
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, eCommerce, or related field
At least 1 year of experience in eCommerce or digital marketing
Hands-on experience with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and Amazon
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong analytical, time management, and multitasking skills
Self-motivated, independent, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Good written English communication skills
