Our client is seeking a Duty Manager to join their team!

What you'll be doing?

Support Front Office Manager: Assist in supervising and coordinating front office operations to ensure smooth functioning.

Service Recovery: Manage service recovery for escalated guests’ concerns and feedback, ensuring guest satisfaction.

Team Management: Oversee team’s service performance to meet guests’ needs and requests effectively.

Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to address guests’ special requirements and requests.

Operational Monitoring: Monitor front office operations to ensure compliance with organizational standards and procedures.

Inventory Management: Keep track of room inventory levels and reconcile any discrepancies.

Staff Performance: Manage staff performance to achieve departmental goals and provide coaching for improvement.

Emergency Management: Handle emergency situations efficiently and report unusual events to Management.


Who are they looking for?

Education: At least a Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of working experience as a Duty Manager.

Shift Availability: Ability to perform rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Team Player: Must be a team player with a positive work attitude.

Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Problem Solving: Able to make sound decisions and solve problems effectively.
