Job Description:

Plan, manage, and maintain the BIM data in compliance with project requirements.

Create and maintain the project template files to ensure standards.

Coordinate with other disciplines and engineers to manage and resolve the clashes.

Prepare Transmittal on drawings for submission or issuance to subcontractors.

Supersede and update the current revision status.

Compilation of the as-built drawing upon project completion.

Minor coordination of Architectural / Structural / M&E drawings.

Detailing and documentation of working drawings.

Any other duties assigned.

Job Requirement:

Minimum 2 years' experience in infrastructure projects and have relevant experience as a drafter.

Able to work well in teams and independently

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, or similar BIM software is a plus.

Familiarity with drawing revision control and transmittal procedures is preferred.
