About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join PT China Construction Yangtze River Indonesia as a Drafter Civil (Data Center Building) on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for creating detailed civil and structural drawings for the construction of a new data center facility in Cikarang Pusat, West Java. As a key member of the engineering team, you will play a vital part in ensuring the successful delivery of this strategic project.

What you'll be doing

Produce detailed 2D and 3D civil and structural design drawings using CAD software

Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to interpret project requirements and specifications

Ensure drawings comply with relevant building codes, regulations and industry standards

Carry out technical calculations and analyses to support the design process

Provide support during the construction phase, including responding to RFIs and processing design changes

Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation

What we're looking for

Fluent in English

Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent

3-5 years' experience as a CAD Drafter, ideally in the data center or commercial construction industry

Proficient in using AutoCAD and other design software

Strong technical skills and attention to detail

Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications

Good communication and teamwork skills

Familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations
