Job Description

Digital Marketing Intern/Executive (Social Impact) – Contract, 1–2 Months

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to support the growth of a social impact brand across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook. This role focuses on using digital platforms to tell real human stories, build awareness, and create meaningful engagement around our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and publish platform-specific content guided by current social media trends to grow followers and viewership for a new social impact brand

Shape content to tell authentic, human-centred stories that inspire connection and action

Attract, engage, and retain audiences through a mix of organic content and paid social strategies

Set up, manage, and optimise social media advertising and boosted posts across relevant platforms

Manage day-to-day social media operations, including scheduling, publishing, and community engagement

Track performance, analyse results, and refine strategies to improve impact

KPIs / Deliverables:

Agreed content output per platform (posts, reels, videos, etc.)

Growth in followers, reach, engagement, and viewership

Performance reports with insights, learnings, and recommendations (weekly or end-of-contract)

Requirements:

Strong understanding of social media trends and growth strategies for new or purpose-driven brands

Experience with social media advertising and boosts across multiple platforms

Ability to translate social impact stories into compelling digital content

Comfortable working independently within short project timelines

Contract Duration:
1–2 months
