Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Content Development:
- Develop creative and engaging content for Alluora’s social media platforms, including videos, posts, and stories.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content strategies with brand objectives.
- Campaign Execution:
- Plan and execute live streaming schedules, promotional events, and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all digital channels.
- Analytics & Optimization:
- Monitor engagement, sales metrics, and audience feedback to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance future live streaming and marketing activities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Passionate about beauty products, skincare, body care, and hair care.
- Prior experience in marketing, live streaming, social media, or sales is an advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for trends on platforms like TikTok and Shopee.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
