Job Purpose:

To deliver excellent customer service by providing courteous, efficient, and professional assistance to guests during their dining experience, ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining the service standards of the establishment.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner.

2. Escort guests to their tables and present menus.

3. Provide detailed information about menu items and make recommendations when appropriate.

4. Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar.

5. Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and guest satisfaction.

6. Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience and provide attentive service.

7. Clear and reset tables after each service.

8. Assist with table setup, restaurant preparation, and closing duties.

9. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the service area at all times.

10. Cooperate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operation.

11. Handle guest complaints politely and report unresolved issues to the supervisor.

12. Uphold company grooming standards and maintain a positive, professional attitude.
