As a Waitress at Misanto Bali, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring a seamless dining experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers warmly and seating them in a timely manner.
- Taking and accurately recording food and beverage orders.
- Promptly delivering food and drinks to customers.
- Ensuring the table is clean and well-stocked during service hours.
- Assisting in the preparation of food and beverages when needed.
- Clearing tables and restocking supplies as necessary.
- Handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records.
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Collaborating effectively with the kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
