Qualifications :

Minimum high school graduate (SMA/SMK or equivalent).

At least 1 year of experience in housekeeping, janitorial work, or a similar role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and safe use of cleaning chemicals.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks such as standing for long periods, bending, and lifting.

Detail-oriented, disciplined, and committed to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in public areas.

Responsibilities :

Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of public areas.

Refill and check restroom supplies such as tissue, hand soap, and sanitizers regularly.

Report any damage or unusual conditions to the supervisor.

Follow the company’s hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.

Provide courteous assistance to guests or visitors when needed.
