Daily Worker Bell Driver

Department: Front Office / Concierge Reports to: Front Office Supervisor Employment Type: Daily Worker

Job Purpose: To assist with guest transportation, luggage handling, and support tour-related services including upselling hotel tour packages.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests during arrival and departure.

Provide pick-up and drop-off services as scheduled.

Handle guest luggage professionally and safely.

Maintain cleanliness and safety of hotel vehicles.

Offer and promote hotel tour packages to guests.

Assist with booking and coordinating guest tours.

Provide information about local attractions and destinations.

Work closely with Front Office and tour providers.

Maintain professional appearance and service.

Qualifications:

Fresh Graduated

Has valid SIM A and driving experience (manual & automatic).

Good knowledge of Ubud and surrounding areas.

Friendly, communicative, and guest-oriented.

Responsible, disciplined, and neat in appearance.

Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Comfortable with upselling and handling guest requests.
