JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Executive & Administrative Support

Manage and organize schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements efficiently.

Handle emails, phone calls, and daily communications professionally.

Prepare agendas, reports, documents, presentations, and meeting materials.

Attend meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items.

Provide personal and administrative support as required.

Assist in organizing departmental activities, events, and team-building sessions.

Maintain proper filing systems and organize office folders, documents, and records systematically.

Organize and manage academic materials, learning resources, and operational documents efficiently.

Support planning, scheduling, and coordination of timelines and daily operational tasks.

Customer Service Support

Deliver excellent customer service by responding to client and stakeholder inquiries promptly and professionally.

Facilitate client receptions and ensure a seamless VIP guest experience.

Maintain positive relationships with clients, students, parents, and stakeholders.

Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Provide frontline administrative and operational support to ensure smooth customer experiences.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Good command of both English and Mandarin (spoken and written).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.

Experience in customer service, executive support, administrative coordination, or education support is an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaborative software tools.

Strong ability to organize folders, documents, schedules, and academic materials systematically.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple priorities.

Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently in an SME environment.

Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
