Job Overview:
Discovery Mall Bali is seeking a dynamic and personable Customer Service to join our team. This position will report directly to the Tenant & Customer Relation Asst. Manager and play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our diverse visitors, including local shoppers and international tourists. Your mission is to provide world-class customer service, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.
Requirements:
Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in Hospitality, Communication, or a related field is an advantage
Fluent in English; additional languages such as Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean are highly valued
At least one year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is preferred
Excellent interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and cultural sensitivity
Basic knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with customer management systems
Well-groomed and aligned with Discovery Mall Bali's brand standards
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a diverse clientele
Willing to be based in Bali
Responsibilities:
Welcome guests warmly and provide information about stores, dining options, promotions, and upcoming events
Respond to customer questions through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, or digital channels
Handle customer concerns or complaints promptly and effectively, always striving to exceed expectations
Offer assistance tailored to foreign visitors, including language support and guidance on local attractions
Highlight mall amenities such as valet parking, loyalty programs, and special tourist packages
Work closely with the related team to manage lost and found items, emergencies, or other incidents
Record and communicate customer feedback to help improve mall services
Note:
This position is part of an outsourcing placement under PT Adidaya Madani. This role will be located at Discovery Mall Bali, Kuta – Badung, Bali.
