Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients (foreign and local) via chat, phone, email, or in-person meetings.
Provide accurate information and professional assistance regarding company services.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma degree (D3) in any major.
At least 1 year of experience in customer service, or consultancy — preferably within a business consulting company.
Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
Able to work effectively both independently and in a team.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
Experience in handling foreign clients (expatriates) is a strong advantage.
Willing to be based in Denpasar, Bali.
