Job description for Customer Service Officer at Elitez Group
Role Overview
The customer service officer will support the company’s daily operations by performing administrative and frontline customer service duties, including handling customer enquiries, supporting counter operations, and assisting with various ad-hoc operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Attend to customer queries and assist stakeholders at service counters by appointment
Handle designated telephone enquiries as part of the customer service team
Make outgoing reminder calls and conduct phone surveys with stakeholders
Perform administrative duties such as filing, document disposal, data entry, statistical updates and analysis, and case monitoring
Support backend IT system testing for e-services when required
Carry out other ad-hoc duties assigned by the company to support operational needs
Requirements
Minimum Diploma qualification with not more than 3 years of working experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English
IT-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Effectively bilingual in English and a mother tongue language to support telephone services
Patient, service-oriented, and able to interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Willing to comply with confidentiality and data protection requirements where applicable
