Overview
We are looking for a detail‑oriented and customer‑focused Customer Service Officer to join our team on a 6‑month contract. This role supports day‑to‑day sales coordination and logistics activities, ensuring timely order processing and excellent customer service for both local and overseas customers.
Requirements
GCE “O” / “A” Level or above
A passionate, responsible, and well‑organised professional with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Only candidates eligible to work in Singapore will be considered
Available to work from May onwards
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and arrange deliveries and shipments for local and overseas customers
Process sales orders, handle customer enquiries, and prepare quotations and sales confirmations
Liaise with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Other Information
Working hours : 8 :30am to 5 :30pm (Mon – Fri)
