Job Description & Requirements
Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 0900am–1800pm (Alternate half Saturdays)
Location: 56 Loyang Way #05-01 Loyang Enterprise Building, 508775
Salary: From $2,800 onwards
Ensure the safe, compliant handling of hazardous materials. This role emphasizes delivering excellent service, understanding client needs, and preparation of DG documentation while ensuring full regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Documentation & Operational Support
Coordinate closely with Operations & Sales to ensure smooth and compliant handling of DG shipments
Respond to customer inquiries via email and telephone.
Verify shipping documents such as MSDS , commercial invoice , packing list & manifest.
Identify , classify and prepare dangerous goods declaration in accordance with IATA ( Air Freight ) and IMDG ( Sea Freight ) regulations
Advisory & Issue Resolution
Provide clear guidance to clients on DG requirements and processes
Handle customer concerns, resolve issues promptly, and offer practical solutions
Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure service quality and compliance
Requirements:
Experience in customer service, logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain preferred
Knowledge of DG regulations (IATA, IMDG) is added advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities
Self-driven and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
