Responsibilities
Provide sales and customer service support
Sales Order Processing: Quotation/ Sales Order/ Purchase Order/ Delivery Order/ Packing List/ Invoicing
Liaise with internal teams such as Sales, Operations and Finance department
Assist in preparation and submission of relevant reports and documents
Organize delivery services, export shipment, collection of customers' orders and ensure timely delivery
Handle customers' inquiries
Provide a high level of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma in any discipline
Computer literate (MS Office)
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Independent, meticulous and good team player
Other Information:
5 days’ work week
8.30am – 5.30pm
We are located in Sungei Kadut and provide transport to and fro Yew Tee MRT
