Salary: SGD 2,500 – SGD 3,500

Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers and build strong rapport to understand their needs
Provide accurate and timely solutions via phone, digital, and social platforms
Handle end-to-end customer support including:
Product information
Delivery scheduling
Machine troubleshooting
Deliver consistent, high-quality service aligned with brand standards
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and internal processes
Share customer feedback and insights to support continuous improvement
Support improvements in service quality, tools, training, and workflows
What You Will Do Daily
Manage customer enquiries across multiple channels
Provide one-stop support for all customer needs
Switch between different tasks and systems in a fast-paced environment
Ensure every interaction delivers a premium brand experience
Requirements
Experience in Customer Service or Sales environment preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, digital environment
Comfortable using multiple systems and platforms simultaneously
Strong interest in coffee and service excellence
Solution-oriented, detail-focused, and proactive
Team player with ability to work independently
Able to adapt quickly to changing operational needs
