We are a growing beauty salon looking for enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our team as SALON MANAGER ASSISTANTS.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage appointment scheduling and reservations
- Handle administrative tasks, including payments and daily reports
- Provide information about salon services and products
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area
Qualifications:
- Fluent English - Written and Spoken
- Presentable, neat, and polite appearance
- Friendly, communicative, and able to work in a team
- Minimum high school education (SMA/SMK or equivalent)
- Previous experience in customer service or as a receptionist is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic administrative systems
