Hong Food Enterprise Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated and customer-centric Customer Sales & Fulfilment Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless order and fulfilment.

Job Responsibilities:

·      Respond to customer enquiries and process orders accurately to ensure timely delivery of products

·      Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally and promptly to maintain satisfaction

·      Maintain detailed and organised records of customer interactions and order information for tracking and reporting

·      Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements in order fulfilment processes

·      Follow company policies and procedures consistently to deliver a reliable customer experience

·      Use computer systems and CRM tools effectively to manage customer data and order processing

·      Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment to meet service goals

Job Requirements:

·       At least 2 years of customer service or account servicing experience

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour

·       Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle customer queries effectively

·       Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and multitask efficiently

·       Commitment to providing a high level of customer satisfaction
