- Minimum 2 (two) years experience on FMCG business
- Familiar with trade marketing process, and have exposure on commecial sales
- Capable to drive the business, and strengthen the fundamental business
- Strong communication and collaboration with all stakeholders
- Driving the garuda's business , and handling end to end pilus and tingting category
- Create promo and financial trade plan to drive the category
- Ensuring performance on pilus and tingting achievement vs BP (Sales, CA, %GPC)
- Creating the distributor numbers , and ensuring the success criteria on each NPL on pilus and tingting category
- Drive distribution (customer active), to increase the Numeric distribution - including motorist project
