We are a boutique beauty and wellness spa based in Singapore’s central district, dedicated to providing professional luxury skincare treatments and holistic wellness services.
We are currently seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Customer Consultant to join our team. This role involves handling customer enquiries, providing consultation support, and assisting with appointment management to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
The position combines online customer consultation and front desk responsibilities, making it suitable for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers and delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media platforms
Provide basic consultation to understand customer needs and recommend suitable treatments or services
Manage appointment bookings, scheduling, and customer records
Welcome and assist customers at the front desk upon arrival
Provide follow-up support to customers when necessary
Coordinate with therapists and internal staff to ensure smooth service operations
Maintain a professional and pleasant customer experience at all times
Requirements
Prior experience in customer service, beauty, spa, or wellness industry will be an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude
Comfortable communicating with customers via messaging platforms and phone
Well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
