Job Description:
Prepare quotes on pricing, create DO (delivery order) and Invoice (to close the order)
Processes sales orders.
Handle or refer billing requests as defined in desk procedures and reference tools.
Provide tracking of shipments, management samples DNA.
Collaborates with internal stakeholders from various departments to ensure internal processes and customer expectations are met. Maintain customer account information.
Issue preliminary, partial, or full release of BOM’s upon approval from customer based on expected delivery dates.
Proactively update customers on orders & delivery status, coordinate with Lab team for submission samples DNA.
Involve in projects involving departmental processes
Position Requirements
Experience in a customer service environment preferably in a Biologics/Chemical/Life Sciences or related industry.
Basic knowledge and/or experiences in Life Sciences preferred.
Ability to resolve customer inquiries.
Minimum education level is undergraduate.
