As Creative Director, you own the creative vision end to end. From shaping briefs with the strategy team to signing off final executions, you are the person who sets what good looks like and holds the team to it. This is not a management role with occasional creative input. You will be in the work. You will concept, direct, review, and push until the output is something you are proud to put your name on. We work across brand strategy, integrated campaigns, digital content, and creative production for enterprise and growing brands in Indonesia. Key responsibilities Lead and own the creative vision across all client work, from concept through final delivery Direct brand identity, campaign, and content projects with consistent quality and craft Build, mentor, and raise the standard of a growing creative team including designers, art directors, copywriters, and motion designers Collaborate with strategy, account, and performance teams to ensure creative is grounded in insight and built to perform Present and defend ideas with confidence at senior and C-suite client level Manage multiple projects in parallel without compromising quality or timelines Drive the studio's creative reputation through award entries, case studies, and industry presence A bit about you 8 or more years in creative roles, with at least 3 years as Creative Director or equivalent A portfolio that leads with ideas, not just aesthetics.
