About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Country Production Manager to lead and optimize shrimp hatchery production operations across Indonesia. This role oversees broodstock management, spawning, nauplii, and post-larvae (PL) production while ensuring operational excellence, biosecurity, quality consistency, and cost efficiency. The position will work closely with the Director of Operations and lead operational teams in Anyer and Aceh.

Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day commercial hatchery production operations including broodstock, nauplii, and PL production Develop, implement, and continuously improve SOPs aligned with industry best practices

Ensure high standards of quality control, biosecurity, and operational performance Manage hatchery operations, staffing, planning, logistics, procurement, and order fulfillment

Monitor KPIs and drive operational improvements to achieve business objectives

Prepare annual budgets and support profit & loss analysis

Support strategic planning and organizational development initiatives

Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations

Build and maintain positive relationships with government authorities Lead staff development, succession planning, and performance management

Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Aquaculture or related field

15–20 years of shrimp aquaculture & hatchery experience

Strong leadership and operational management skills

Fluent in English

Willing to travel as required
