What we're looking for:

Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing; able to use English proficiently as a working language.

Capable of reading civil and steel structure drawings; proficient in using Glodon BIM and TAKLE software to calculate project quantities.

Basic proficiency in Excel and Word.

Skilled in manual calculation of rebar quantities and rebar detailing.

Knowledge of the functions and names of steel structures and electrical control equipment materials.

Familiar with power engineering estimation, budgeting, and bill of quantities rules; proficient in using GCIP 5.0 to prepare bills of quantities (for bidding and subcontract tendering).

Able to calculate the proportion coefficients of various materials in structures based on drawings, estimate the cost of each process according to market prices, and compile pricing based on process costs.

Associate degree or above, with more than 2 years of relevant professional work experience.
