Job description for Cost & Inventory Control Staff at Seafood Inspection Laboratory
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Economic, Mathematic/Statistic, Engineering and all related field.
Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems is an advantage.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
Job Descriptions:
Process and maintain SAP transactions related to production, inventory, and logistics activities.
Monitor and reconcile inventory records between physical stock and SAP, and prepare adjustment documentation when required.
Verify invoices and supporting documents related to production and shipment activities.
Prepare and maintain operational and production reports, including the daily plant report.
Compile and organize data required for operational monitoring and reporting.
Review production, material usage, and cost data to support costing and operational evaluation.
Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
