ABOUT THE ROLE


The Corporate Sales Manager (LED) is responsible for driving the growth and profitability of the LED product portfolio by identifying and securing quality suppliers, establishing competitive pricing structures, and expanding the company’s sales ecosystem. This role involves strategic planning, market analysis, and the development of marketing initiatives to achieve sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.


RESPONSIBILITIES


Supplier and Product Management: Identify and secure partnerships with high-quality LED product suppliers. Negotiate and lock down product prices to maintain competitive advantages Ensure supplier agreements aligns with company objectives and comply with quality standards

Sales Ecosystem Development: Identify and build a comprehensive sales ecosystem encompassing suppliers, marketing and strategy teams, and post-sales technical support. Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute impactful campaigns. Develop and implement strategies

Revenue Diversification: Design parallel income streams to complement the primary sales effort, including content creation services and maintenance contracts. Explore innovative business opportunities to expand sales and increase revenue streams.

Market Research and Analysis: Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify new business opportunities. Provide insights and reports to guide product and sales strategies. Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the LED market.

Marketing and Business Development: Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to boost customer engagement and brand visibility. Build and maintain strong partnerships with key customers and stakeholders.


REQUIREMENTS


Educational Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the LED or electronics industry.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Experience in supplier negotiation and price management.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.

Excellent analytical skills for market research and trend analysis.

Proficiency in developing marketing strategies and campaigns.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.

Personal Attributes:

Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.

High level of initiative and self-motivation.

Strong leadership and team collaboration capabilities.
