Responsibilities:

Oversee multi-property operations to ensure consistent performance and service standards across all business units

Drive business performance through revenue growth, cost efficiency, and operational excellence

Ensure alignment and implementation of SOPs across all units

Lead, coach, and develop unit leaders to achieve operational targets

Identify areas for improvement and execute performance enhancement initiatives

Take ownership of operational readiness for new estate openings (pre-opening phase)

Drive strategic projects, including development of new activities, attractions, and business improvements

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall business objectives

Monitor, analyze, and report operational performance with actionable insights

Qualifications:

Proven experience as General Manager / Head of Operations / VP Operations, managing multi-property or multi-outlet operations (hospitality, retail, or F&B industry)

Strong business acumen with the ability to drive performance and make high-impact decisions

Excellent critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills

Strategic mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Highly agile and responsive in handling business challenges and changes

Willing to be based in Puncak, Bogor
