To support our growing vision, we are now hiring for as bellow:

COOK:

Responsibilities:

• Ability to Prepare food within the specified time and supervise kitchen workers with all preparation of ingredients and storage

• Ability to Ensure all food is cooked properly and served in a good and correct manner

• Ability to Assist the restaurant in determining the amount of food and ingredients ordered

• Ability to Train new kitchen staff (By Head Cook)

• Ability to Maintain equipment, supplies and work areas to be comfortable and up to standard

• Ability to Explain and enforce food hygiene and safety regulations for good quality

• Ability to Demonstrate and maintain a high level of service

• Experience cooking in 4-5 stars and boutique hotels.

• Mastering Balinese, Indonesian and Dutch or International cuisine,

Qualifications

• Candidates must be graduates of vocational high school/high school or other equivalent or higher graduates.

• Minimum 2 years of work experience, can work quickly and skillfully, graduates of Culinary Major Education

• Ability to manage and divide time and good communication

• Ability to work under pressure

• Ability to cook consistently, even when the kitchen is busy

• Ability to work in time settings, weekends and/or other holidays

• Arrive on time and uphold "Team Work" as a whole with other operational work teams
