About the role

CHEFLAM'S GROUP is seeking a talented Cook (炒锅) to join our dynamic team in our restaurant located in the heart of Downtown Tanjong Pagar. As a full-time member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our customers.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and cooking a variety of Chinese dishes, with a focus on stir-fry and wok-based meals

Ensuring consistently high standards of food quality, presentation, and timely service

Collaborating with the Head Chef and kitchen team

Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient work station

Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols

Providing excellent customer service and responding to any special requests or dietary requirements

What we're looking for

- 1-2 years of wok cooking experience required - Fluent in English and Chinese - Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen - Preference will be given to candidates with more experience. - Shift work required.
