The Place with No Name Restaurant in Uluwatu is currently looking for serious Cook Helper to support our Cold Kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing salads, cold appetizers, sandwiches, and other chilled dishes, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing ingredients for cold dishes (e.g., salads, dressings, cold platters)
Arrange and plate cold menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness of work area, equipment, and utensils
Ensure proper storage of food and ingredients in chillers or refrigerators
Follow hygiene and safety guidelines in the kitchen
Support the chef and other team members as needed
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of kitchen tools and cold food preparation
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Good hygiene and cleanliness habits
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends
