1. Measuring ingredients, chopping vegetables, preparing meats, and ensuring all components are ready for cooking.
2. Following recipes and cooking instructions to prepare meals according to the establishment's standards.
3. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, following food safety guidelines, and ensuring proper food handling and storage.
4. Ensuring the quality and presentation of dishes meet the required standards.
5. Working with other kitchen staff, including chefs, sous chefs, and other cooks, to ensure smooth and efficient service.
6. Ensuring kitchen equipment is properly maintained and reporting any issues to management.
