This is a highly hands-on opportunity to work directly with the founder and play a meaningful role in shaping how we grow.

Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a Content Marketing Intern (Social Media & Growth) to help drive our content-led growth efforts. This role will focus primarily on short-form social media content and brand storytelling.This is ideal for someone who is:

• creative and social-media native
• strong in storytelling and content execution
• excited by startup environments
• keen to experiment and move quickly

You will work closely with the founder to help build our content engine and bring content ideas to life quickly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

1) Social media content creation

• Own the end-to-end creation of short-form content based on provided concepts and direction
• Translate ideas into simple storyboards or scripts
• Create and edit content for social media
• Handle basic filming, editing, and formatting for platform-native content
• Repurpose content into multiple formats to maximise reach

2) Content optimisation & experimentation

• Test different hooks, formats, and storytelling approaches
• Observe what performs well and refine content accordingly
• Suggest improvements to editing style, pacing, and content formats

Who We’re Looking For

We’d love someone who:

• has a strong interest in content creation, storytelling, and marketing
• understands short-form content and what drives engagement
• enjoys both visual and written storytelling
• is comfortable executing quickly based on direction
• is proactive and open to feedback
• can work independently in a fast-moving startup environment

Bonus (Nice to Have)

• Familiarity with tools such as CapCut, Canva, VN, or Adobe
• Experience creating content for social media (personal, freelance, or school projects)
• Experience running your own social or content page
• Exposure to startup or e-commerce environments

You are welcome to include 2 to 3 examples of social media content, writing samples, or creative work as part of your application
