Job description for CONSTRUCTION CLAIMS ADMINISTRATOR at Workforce Solutions

  • Work with a team of Claims Processors in office
  • Identify, analyze and develop responses to financial risks and Work to meet the monthly KPI
  • Track the project schedule, Outstanding Claims to be submitted, prepare/update value of works done and prepare/adjust claims done by sub-contractors and follow up closely
  • Checking Sketches, drawings, photos, lidar measurements and quantities for accuracy of calculations for all claims.
  • To keep track and monitor the Works order issued, validity and progress of the projects
  • Work closely with the Project coordinator to determine the valuation of work done at site and responsible for the submission of timely claims, substantiate the basis for each progress claims up-to the settlement of variation and rejections till approval.
  • To review & verify the claims submitted by the subcontractors, to check and endorse and to ensure the claim is in compliance with the SOP requirements and guidelines and all documents are available to substantiate the claim.
  • Work closely with the Project team to administer and monitor the on-going works and progress of works, comparison with the daily drawing and photos submitted.
  • Liaising with project managers & subcontractors for the purposes of submitting all pending claims in a timely-fashion with no documentation issues.
  • Prepare timely reports on claim and project status as requested by Management for weekly review and follow ups.
  • Assist in the efficient processing and management of contract claims
  • Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Office, AutoCAD for document preparation
  • Support the team with general administrative tasks as required
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
