Job description for Condominium Manager – The Claymore at Smart Property Management (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.
Our client, The Claymore, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Condominium Manager to lead the management and daily operations of a prestigious high-end residential development.
Job Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff, cleaners, and service providers to ensure the smooth upkeep of common areas and facilities
Manage the condominium’s budgets, financial records, and service contracts
Build and maintain positive relationships with residents by addressing feedback and operational concerns professionally
Organise and attend meetings with the Management Committee / Council Members
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and the condominium’s by-laws
Develop and implement initiatives to enhance the overall value, presentation, and living environment of the property
Review contracts, agreements, and insurance policies before expiry, and recommend renewals or call quotations/tenders where necessary
Oversee all maintenance and operational functions to ensure standards expected by the client and subsidiary proprietors are met
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Estate Management or related discipline
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in property management, preferably in the residential condominium sector
Experience managing high-end residential developments will be an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage residents, contractors, service providers, and council members effectively
Good organisational, coordination, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Knowledge of relevant property management laws, regulations, and industry best practices
Conversant in the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA)
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and property management systems
Able to work independently, multitask, and perform under pressure
Accredited Strata Manager Certification will be an added advantage
Applicants must be willing to work a 5.5-day work week
